     Spiritual Healers prescribe Water and Sleep as the main medicine to allow healing to continue between sessions.

     In this modern world unfortunately "Water" must be defined as we sadly limit its healing abilities by adding chemicals purposely and or by ignorance.

     Two chemicals are commonly added. Chlorine is the common agent added to kill bacteria. Fortunately this is fairly easy to remove by absorption once it enters our home. Fluoride is also added to some water supplies for dental health. This is complex and very expensive to remove.

     When ill, as our bodies are up to 90% Water, we must pay strict attention to "what kind of water" we are composed of as we need the healing abilities of pure water the most. The more we study homeopathy, the more we appreciate how a small foreign substance in water can be purposely used for great benefit or be extremely harmful.
